About Paula
It all started when…
After a career in education and as a leader in secondary schools, I decided that I wanted to focus on helping busy and stressed people, like I had been, to thrive.
Whether you are facing difficult issues or want to move forward, I am here to support you. You are not alone.
I am committed to supporting everyone, no matter their background, to have a space where they can reflect and be heard.
The challenges you are facing could be anxiety, imposter syndrome, relationship issues or feeling low and depressed. I volunteer for a pregnancy loss charity and offer support after a miscarriage or abortion. I am here to help.
Throughout my life, I have always sought out opportunities to encourage and support, so I became a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Coach, and a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and therefore fall under their code of ethical practice.
I based am in The City of London, near New Change and St Paul’s and offer therapy here and online.
